Funny picture of the vultures. On a separate note, I have to say, I'm a bit frustrated with how tech support always seem to be out of the loop with what's going on at the top as far as Android releases go. The second person I spoke with on my follow-up call to Hisense tech support kept saying, "all we know is that they said 4.3 would be out this Fall; they haven't told us when they will release it." "They" this and "they" that. It gets old. This isn't limited to Hisense only. I have heard the same story from other companies' tech support people (e.g. AT&T, Verizon). Who exactly is "they," anyway? Are "they" the software development people within these companies? What's with the compartmentalization there as far as communication goes? It just strikes me as irrational. If anything, there should be open communication between certain departments within a company when it comes to stuff like this. Or at least give tech support folks something a bit "concrete" for customers' own benefit (e.g. "Android 4.3 will be released sometime in October" instead of "Fall"). Narrow it down a little, you know? Anyway ... the waiting game goes on. One particular "plus" of 4.3 that I'm looking forward to is the improved battery life, too. That would help with our Sero 7 Pro tablets.
