Sound Question
« on: March 19, 2015, 07:48:07 AM »
Is it possible to turn off the speakers when I have headphones plugged in? I can't seem to be able to figure that out. Thanks!

Hi. Using headphones-bluetooth or wired- stops the speakers automatically.

Make sure you have the headphone wire pushed all the way in.
Sometimes you feel a little pop when it goes all the way in.
Don't be afraid to push it in.

Hi Laura, I did try to insert the headphones all the way, but couldn't get the sound to play as headphones only. I'll try some different ear buds and see if that works. thanks.
